Appearance: Intense deep green to a bright yellow colour with golden highlights
Scent: A light scent of fresh fruits, citrus, blossoms, and herbs with a sweet note of olives
Taste: A light taste balanced with notes of blossoms and citrus fruits. The low acidity gives a smooth aftertaste and leaves an essence of spice.

Rich in Vitamin E and a prime source of dietary fibres, Kalamon Olives mature naturally on the olive trees to preserve their extraordinary properties.
These premium table olives are packaged without their core in resealable glass jars, free of liquids or preservatives.
Their low salinity and slightly sweet taste make for a deliciously healthy snack or starter dish. When used in cooking, they will provide the perfect kick that will transform every dish from ordinary to umami.
