You can pay for your order by deposit to the following bank accounts of the company. In order to immediately confirm your payment, when depositing the amount, please indicate the name and surname of the buyer and the order number in the reason for payment. By Credit/Debit Card:
Each purchase is made at the buyer’s option with the possibility of payment by credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The transactions are carried out in real time, using the electronic payment platform of the respective payment instrument you are using. In this process, the Company has no involvement and any details of your credit/debit card are not stored in our Company’s system, nor in our online store, nor on our website. In case the buyer making the transaction is not the same person as the credit card owner, the Company is not responsible and has no obligation to refund.
Payments are accepted via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Returns of products - Cancellation of orders
Product returns due to error
In any cases in which the products you have ordered and paid for by quantity, type or in any other case of obvious error, the buyer – user of our online store reserves the right to immediately return the products to our Company, and in any case within three (3) days of their certified receipt, provided that they are intact and sealed, with their packaging and accompanying documents intact, for inspection and verification of the error by our Company. In this case, the costs of returning the products to us as well as the costs of resending the order to the buyer shall be borne by our Company, provided that there is no change in the way of returning the sold products (i.e. the products are returned in the same way as they were received). .
Returns of defective products
In the event that it is discovered that the delivered product is defective due to the Company’s fault, the buyer – user of our online store, is entitled not to receive, but to return immediately and in any case within three (3) days from the certified receipt of the defective product (intact and sealed) to the Company with all accompanying documents and with its packaging intact. If it is a defect discovered later than delivery and the packaging is not present, the packaging of the product is not required. The return of defective products will be at the expense of our Company regarding the costs of sending the defective products to us and the costs of sending the new products to the buyer. After the return of the products, the defective product is checked by the Company, which will contact you to inform you for the result of the checkup. If the defect is found by our Company, the product will be replaced, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled if the product cannot be replaced in a reasonable time. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made interest-free in the same manner in which the buyer’s original payment to the Company was made, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation of an order
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, the Buyer may request in writing that the Company cancel the order, either through our online store or by e-mail to email@example.com. Such cancellation of the order by the Buyer may result in additional charges for the Buyer related to the volume of the order, the time of cancellation, any charges of the Company for this reason, etc. We will notify you in writing in the same way and by the same means that you requested us to cancel your order, of any charges.
